This is the heart of corporate training. How do you know that your employees have learnt and will employ their training into effective skills at work.
A Measure-Train-Measure approach will be taken in order to gauge the efficacy of the training. Using the LogicMills original psychometric assessment tool, MirMe, pre-and-post testing will be carried out
for the entire training cohort.
Employees will undergo professional development through a personalized curated program. This program utilizes game based activities to teach 21st Century Skills relevant to their positions and company values.
Each employee would receive an individualized report to explain the results. Additionally, summary results will be provided by department and grouping to each of the participating companies, and an overall summary will be generated and provided to administrators.
